Today I feel a little tired. I am in a better space than I was yesterday. It was a little depressing. These are the ups and downs of mental illness. Some days are good, some days are not so good. But one thing we have to do is remember to keep going. There’s always gonna be a better day. It may not be tomorrow, it may not be the next day but there’s a better day. Life is a journey. I’m learning that you have to make the best of it. Certain stressors can weigh us down and make us feel not worthy. You are. Each and every one of you deserve life and love and happiness. You deserve to meet cool people who love you for who you are, eat good food. You all deserve to live a good life.
